We accept most private insurances. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid or Medicare. Please call us or your insurance company to determine your benefits and what services are covered. Some services, such as testing and assessments, may require preauthorization from your insurance company before services can be performed. By obtaining a preauthorization, your health insurer makes a determination prior to receiving treatment, that the service(s) are medically necessary. It is not a guarantee of payment. Upon your request, we will bill your insurance for you and work with them as needed. However, you are ultimately responsible for paying your bill. For your convenience, we also accept cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards. Please speak with your psychologist directly if you have any billing concerns. All co-pays are due at the time services are rendered.
